Margot Polo is the musical project of David Provenzano (Sherwood, Fialta). We set out just to make a few single covers, but ended up with a little visual system to tie them all together.
SWEET CALIFORNIA
The first single of the project was Sweet California.
SING HALLELUJAH
The second was Sing Hallelujah. It evoked some Where the Wild Things Are illustrations for us, so we kind of leaned into it.
DANGEROUS
This song is not about The Graduate.
TURN YOU, BABY
We originally envisioned this as a trio of singles with Sweet California, Sing Hallelujah, and Dangerous, but when Halloween came around, we felt like we could break some rules with this spooky lil’ one-off.
